Creed Problem...

Ok here we go my Creed has fired in the region of 30K and some updated parts were available so fitted them last night.

Valve body and Poppit complete
& Noid complete with Manifold to save me messing with gaskets, etc.

Anyway followed Martin in the Vids to the letter put back together and all looked great..went to gas up and air dumped straight out of barrel, did pull triger whilst this was happening and fired over top of rushing.

Mmm stipped out new valve body again thinking it must be something to do with that? and had a closer look at the old one, now I added a oring as shown in picture but did'nt check other pointed area is this the likely culpret having not checked?

when i cleaned my valve out all the orings pictured were present so will defo have to be there

If there was a oring missing on the valve body it wouldn't seal correctly and could cause the issue. So you have changed all orings on it and its still leaking. Am i correct in saying you changed the valve body for a new one ( Red one) if so put the old one back in and see if that the leak stops.

Also one creed i had would leak down the barrel as the poppit wasnt sealing. Lubed it up and it worked fine.

5 Oring are ment to be on the Valve body Also was it the inner oring or the outer one?? Either one would defo cause issues

When I gas up it flows like there is no seal at all which is what leads me to believe it's the inner oring sealing the poppet, when I took the valve body out the first time the inner oring at the other end wasent there.
It's the brand new body maroon, cos the outer rings were on I assumed the inner ones were too.
Should have checked before installation still I'm learning loads about the marker.

Julz,
replace the cup seal on the poppet. (the larger one on the poppet)

There should be 5 orings in total on the valve body

Just took the valve body out and as suspected no 008 inner oring sealing the poppet thats 5 now.

Big windy leak fixed now just a small one above the trigger frame could it be the newly installed noid not sealing as well.

I would complain to the person you got it from as it should have been in there.:behindsofa::behindsofa:


take extra care when putting the lpr back in, make sure not to catch the 2 outer orings on the body.

Could it be the newly installed noid not sealing as well.

Looks ok as do the gaskets, give it a bit of lube any other areas likely to leak in this area?

Even if the orings on the LPR look ok i would still change them. Might be worth taken the grip frame off an seen what hole its leaking out of

The hole to the top of the noid facing the barrel
or
The hole at the bottom of the noid facing the bolt.

This will tell you what to change
