I canged all orings, gasket and new solenoid...
when the lpr is all out doesnt leak
when the lpr is almost flushed-doesn't leak, but when I turn lpr slightly in, it starts to leak

when the lpr is all out and the hpr is one turn out the bolt is moving but slowly, and then I screw lpr to flush and then marker work's normal but only 220 fps, and when I try to wind more it start to leak

What's your dwell set at?

Set your hpr to 1.5 turns out from flush as well.

I set hpr 1.5 out and now is 250fps on crono
when set 2 turns out the fps are dropping

How many turns is your LPR out ??

Doesnt sound like its balanced

Dont go beyond 1.5 turns on the hpr.
The dwell is fine at 12 but can be dropped to 10 or 11 for slightly better efficency

Do you ave a spare schrader valve that you can swap in?

Also make sure the ram is well oiled and not greased.

no, I don't have, I have almost everything except schrader, all spares that you sold to goldy
ram is cleaned and oiled

lpr is 2.5 turn in (after I wind it all out)
lpr adjuster is litle bit outside lpr cap

Sounds like you have done everthing correctly.

Does the surface of the bolt tip look scratched?

Some creed bolts were made a few mm too long and when the gun was fired the bolt would catch on the inside of the barrel and slow the stroke down causing low fps.
