I didn't mention any additional details since, as I've already noted, I'm relying on second hand info but info I have reason to believe reliable. Far as I know no "committee" was involved.

And if my intentions were rabble rousing I might point out who was doing the majority of hollering during and after the Quarters. Just as a, you know, fun fact.

Have also heard Doc is considering suing the league though whether there are an legal grounds or not I've no idea. (I do know Doc can be a very angry guy.)

So basically one of the "promoters" stepped in and made the rules what they wanted them to be without consulting anybody else or with any regard to the process through which such things should legitimately be handled. Why bother with a rule book at all?

What about the Tonton incident. I heard a Tonton player had been banned for intentionally lighting up a ref because he did not agree with the reff's call and that the Tontons had to finish HB with 6 players only. Anybody see that?

The TonTon player got called out, put his gun down, walked to the deadbox, then a couple of seconds later, walked out of the deadbox and shot the ref.
