I think your best bet is to quit trying. I asked you one simple thing to verify your identity for YOUR benefit. It's pretty clear I'm not out to commit identity fraud using your details. I already have your full name and claimed address.

You have refused and ignored my request to help you multiple times so there's nothing more I am prepared to do. I have no doubt you will promptly receive your refund, I can't order anyone to sell you anything.
