Nothing wrong with the Dutch (but I have to say that since I married one)

Pete - you boys looking at heading into the wild blue next year?

Personally I would head to Europe ... format the same, rules are basically the same, and the cost is basically the same where ever you go ex-NZ (let's face it everyone else lives on the other side of the world to Godzone)

Is Tanya (Tania?) Dutch? Ah. *Penny drops*

People have been talking on and off for yonks. Apparently some of the Saints are considering going to Oz for the series in Sydney around September. My participation will depend on my financial status. As for the US or Europe, I wouldn't miss it for the world. Just a matter of making it happen.

That's pretty much what I said to Big P. This thread was about getting costs.

So first question might be, which would you choose if you had the chance. Next is what are costs either way? Tourney entry, paint, accommodation, expenses, etc. Help is appreciated, as we'll start crunching the numbers based on your feedback.

You mean, people have to PAY to play paintball ??????

Oh MY God !!!!!!!!

Next you'll be telling me they have to pay for their own equipment!!

With the exchange rate it should cost you guys
peanuts to play:D
A few years back Skyball seemed like THE $h1t. Nowadays it doesn't quite have the draw for me. Don't get me wrong, the thought of playing the dome rocks. And it sounds like lots of fun. But due to its chronological proximity to the Mardi Gras Open, a lot of Pro teams eem to shun in, and I'd hate to miss out of some of those games. And it's five man...Bleah.

I'm afraid you've gotten the peanuts to dollars exchange rate around the wrong way. You see, people exchange our currency for peanuts. I'm not joking. When you arrive in New Zealand you exchange your nice American and Canadian dollars for New Zealand peanuts. It's our national currency (Or at least what it's worth).
