The expansion chambers you see people talking about are generally by nature in front of the trigger grip...so yes an expansion chamber and fore grip can be had as they are one and the same.
Expansion chamber allows a gas to expand or even circulate a Vacum chamber is a chamber (gas holder) where the air is removed, nothing to do with paintball !!
