Im going with
1. "Constantia" (perseverance, harmony - i wanted to use the japanese of Wa or Wado like the Karate style of the way of peace and harmony but it doesnt sound as nice so latin it was, which in this context comes with perseverance added in for extra bonus and meaning)
2. "Nugen" (Kind of new generation, making it sound a bit better than what i first had in mind)
3. "EQ" (Equaliser - makes every other marker make it think it has a chance)

#2 - The Ego ERM - "Ego et rex meus" is latin for I and my King, which suits the crosses in the Ego's design
