openreach, that's a laugh, i bet the only thing you open and reach for is your laptop when you sign off at 1pm. Sorry that's 5pm after a 4 hour lunch break.;) ;)

Well..it's alright for those regular, line Emgineers...just looking for easy things like "lines broke" or "lines noisy"...peice of pi$$...but for us broadband engineers/...its a whole different story!
And then, when your a Special Faults Broadband engineer like moi, (because you did all teh other , normal line work too, so know how to do that) and your looking at a perfect line..but teh broadband wont work....thats a whole lot more involved..needles in haystacks mate:D
