Another enjoyable day a few new faces and no Superman drill 
. I had a good day and think at least some of it is sinking in. We shell have to see at the next Ashford 3-man LOL.
It's really worth the trip up here if Chuck and Co are going to run another one next month. 15 quid including lunch, Air and 2*1hour training sessions from the UK Jags.
Oh and if you are a high post count name on the forum let Paul know so he can check you off his List
