Cocker trouble

Set up:
Stock 2003 vert feed cocker, ANS quick pull bolt, eVLution II hopper, WGP mechanicl swing frame, Nexus ram with QEVs, .

Problem:
Since fitting the Nexus ram and QEVs chopping paint is as easy as pie. (In fact it has turned what was an ultra reliable marker into the ultimate custard extrusion machine). Timing is OK. Fresh batteries in the egg.

Any one with any ideas as to what might be happening/wrong?Would fitting an adjustable LPR, or even a twister to the stock LPR help. I've heard you have to alter the settings on an E-blade when you fit a Nexus ram, but I don't have that luxury. (yet).

HELP!

go in to the frame and mess with the internal settings, you need to just set it back to Factory Fast, and then up the CDEL to 006. other wise the bolt closes to soon trappin paint (so im told)

you can adjust the stock low pressure reg IIRC. unscrew the whole reg from the stud that it screws to and turn the slot headed thingy inside to adjust pressure. cant remember what way does up and what way does down tho! works just as well as a twister but you have to degas the gun to adjust it.
may be handy just to prove/disprove the theory!

:) OK OK, I can take a hint. Skoda indeed. As the saying goes, "Everybody can't be wrong." so I'll drop the QEVs until I need a battery to shoot me Cocker. Spoke to the nice people at Belsales today and got told the same, might even have been you DB. (I ordered a nice shiny Evo LPR while I was at it.)
Thanks for the advice, I'll let you know what happens.
