Are these compatible with old cockers, like pre 00 cockers, because may be buying an old cocker off someone and eerytime i look at upgrades its always for cockers that are for 00 or newer.

Just dont want to buy something that i cant upgrade because no parts are avalible.

Got a mech Eclipse Blade frame on my 99 STO, works no probs at all. Can't see it being a problem on older ones eiter, the basics of the marker are still the same!! :)

Yep, it operates on the exact same principle as the frames put on autocockers since they were invented. Fully backward compatible. If you're going from a slider frame to a hinge, don't forget to switch your three way hoses (middle on for the reg stays the same, switch the other two).

Yup you could put an E2 frame on it if it took your fancy :) How it would perform is another matter without upgrading all the internals etc??!!

If it is a right hand feed you would not be able to install the eye though as they are only compatible with centre feeds :)

The only thing I can think of that is different is the bolt length. They come in different lengths depending on the age of the cocker :)

It is an expensive game upgrading cockers though to be honest. May be cheaper for you in the long run just to add a bit more cash at the offset and get yourself a decent vert feed :)

Good point Monseuir Pink.... althoguh I don't think the break beams are out yet??!!

Although why anyone would put a £300 odd quid frame on a rhf cocker is another matter :p
