Cocker Consistancy

On Sunday my cocker was really inconsistant over the chrono...were talkin 253, 286, 243, 233 sort of think, just wondering if anyones got any ideas why?

Its an early 04 cocker so doesnt have nexus internals, got and angel AIR stuck on it and i was using a big bore (.689). It's never been great over the chrono, but its not usually that bad!

What paint were u using? that could have been the problem,we used some old paint sun and mine was all over the place from 230 up to 310 sometimes.

We were shooting new paint fresh from the supplier. Admitedly we had just switched paint type but wouldn't have though it would make that much of a difference

mine and some of the other lads cockers were the same dont worry about it get a smaller bore barrel might do it

try lubing your inline reg that can sometimes be a problem

If it's not an electro cocker it could be the 3-way value timing.

Alright buddy...hows it goin?

I'll give that a go....and body know how to take apart/reassemble and lube a black magic reg?

lol, a barrel set is one of the things on the never ending list of kit i intend to get someday....unfortunatly it keeps getting shoved down the list by new shinny gadgets

1. Take out the C clip

2. Unscrew the nut out with an allen key

3. the Reg etc should pop out

4. Lub

5. Reassemble

Its actually really easy

I dont think a smaller barrel will help.

I was getting +- 5 on my Ir3 on sunday, and I was using a 0.693.

+- 5 is pretty bad for my gun actually, maybe the brightness and the wind was affecting the chrono slightly.
