Cocker Barrel Threads...are they all the same?

I bought myself a barrel system last week off the classifieds and it arrived today, to my delight you might think.

But after taking off the stock one I have it appears my new barrel system thread doesn't seem to match up. Two two parts match up sweet but the back's don't seem to wanna turn any more then about 40 degrees after the two thread starts meet in my block, then won't go no-where except back out. Theres loads of thread still to go in.

The two bits I'm trying to match up are:

evo body
3 back piece 1 front eclipse barrel system (supposed to be for cockers)

Any ideas anyone?

Only one thread for cockers.

Check the threads on both the barrel backs and the actual body and see if there is any debris in there, a little bit of dirt can stop them screwing in, just clean it with a pin or similar if there is.

I've got the pins out. I'll give this a go........

Are the Eclipse barrel systems tough/tight to get in general?
I'm gonna start ripping my front end off trying to get this in at this rate.

sorry I'm probably being stupid but what answer did I find.

I find sadness and hurt mainly.

Anyone have a eclipse back to compare the threads with?

They are supposed to be the same... BUT there are no standard specs or dimensions for cocker threads from WGP.

Therefore people just make them as they like, and this means that sometimes barrels do not match up to guns. :(
