Co2 bottle damaged?

I've just noticed a chip in my 20oz Co2 bottle. It's at the bottom on the edge. I suspect this is dangerous and I should get a new one. Any advice would be appreciated I don't want it to blow up next time I refill.

The person who fills your bottles should be qualified to tell you.

How long has your bottle got left on test???

They should be able to tell you if you have it tested... it may come back to you in bits though,,,

If you can afford a new bottle, you are better safe than sorry, get a new one... or get your old one tested.

you can always buy a new tank but you cant replace your head

Thanks for the advice guys. The only date stamped on it is 08/00. I think I'll find a second air system, I've been meaning to get one for a while so I can use this as an excuse to placate the missus. Tell her I'll needs either a new air system or a new head.

Not sure what one she'd choose though
