It's kind of hard to say the size on the pads as there is actually no size on them. I'd say if you were super skinny they wouldn't fit and if you had legs like tree trunks they wouldn't fit. So pretty much the average guy. I'm 5'11", 13 stone and they fit me a bit tightly so they would fit most people. As for the Top, again there is no size but i'd say a large. It's a bit baggy which most people prefer. Hope this helps.
