but seriously, i think it depends greatly on state law, does it not? like in utah, you cant gamble, rent your arse, or buy anything with more than about 5% alcohol in a supermarket... needless to say we didnt spend long in utah last year

hmm, its very, err different over there... for example, over here, fast in a car is 120, over there i remember a survey in a magazine askin how many people had been rebelious enough to go over 80...

just the little things really, the over-religiousness (we saw 13 churches on one road), and the fact that theres such a divide between suburbia and the shops, you have to travel 20 mins just to get anything... and you can forget walking

what mainly put me off was the distinct lack of a good beer... any good beer (and the fact that i couldnt rent my arse of course )
