Clear hoppers.

An example of why this rule has been brought in could be.....imagion a player goes on a mugging run and has a clear hopper, and say there is an odd coloured paintball in the hopper. If a marshal sees the odd colour from a distance while the palyer is on a mugging run the marshal will call the player out. Now none of us would be happy with that now would we?

^^ Not a very good example. A better one would be, say you dived into a snake, and jolted the balls in the hopper and one broke inside. Now a ref may run over and fuss around you because it may look like a hit on the outside. Everyone breaks a ball in the hopper every now and then, and this will eliminate the chances of the ref making a bad call. Especially if the other team has not seen you go into the snake, but now they do know as the ref is pulling you about.

Buy a can of Tamiya Color PS spray paint in the colour you fancy, and spray the inside of the shells. This is polycarbonate paint, which chemically etches into the plastic shell, and does not come off.
Tried it myself and it works great, smoke and black.

You spray it on the outside and looks real cool and seems hardwearing! enough for paintball.

The paint from tamiya is 3.99 and i've done at least 6 so far, and if you paint the inside of the shells you get a great gloss finish from the shell.
