It's my understanding that we can no longer use clear hoppers at U.K. tourny's.

How about the "smoke" hoppers. Are they banned as well???

I have a smoke and do not want to buy a tin of paint, if I dont have to.

Asking about Bullys and the P.A. etc....

the reasoning behind it is marshalls were having trouble identifying the difference between a hit and a break i the hopper

Any marshal that can't tell the difference between a break in the hopper and a hit shouldn't really be marshaling.

At almost one marshal per player it seems to be a rule change for rule changings sake.

I agree with you, but got shot down when I argued it with the NPPL... Oh well.

So I am on a mission to make as many legal coloured halo's as possible... :D

If you have a clear Halo dye it, and say it came from Empire like that. I won't deny it. ;)

We have enough different coloured halo shells out anyway that it's hard to tell...

They say they won't allow dyed loaders because it wasn't how it came from the manufacturer and they won't be able to blame liability if your dyeing it causes a problem.

As much as I want you all to buy new Halos. :D I think that's BS and don't want the average player to be out.

No paint cos that looks shyte, and if you have an egg... buy a halo. :p

Maybe all markers should be black because the odd useless marshall might not be able to tell the difference between a blue marker and a hit!!

Oh and a fade anno job, that really will cause some problems.

Different coloured laces in your playing shoes will be next.
