Editing your post or the title?

for me it was the title that wasnt saving, all edits to the post itself were saving, just not the title.

Just my small input, could we please have the rights to remove our own posts?
I have posted a number of replies in the past few days that turned out to be a mistake and have been unable to delete them.

I think admin has the right idea, increase it to 20 and see how it works. It wouldn't be practical to suddenly smash it up to say 100 from 10.
It would be unfair on the new members who were close to the old mark,

Yea the title thing is known... that will be fixed in a coming update.

Not realy, the vouch system works for them on UKS because they are a small site. It would require too much manpower to be effective here.



The mods have a tool which can reset a users posts in 2 clicks if people are spamming for access. On top of that, anyone spamming for access will end up banned from the classifieds anyway.

I can understand why the limits must be in place, but for me its very annoying as i joined this forum for 90% the classifieds, & 10% advice...

I just want to buy some good second hand gear... being new to the sport this dosnt feel like a very warm welcome, you know?

i totally agree, i joined in 2009, used this forum to find lots of advice on equipment to purchase, but now due to changes in my personal circumstances, i was going advertise all by gear for sale on here, but seems i cant as i don`t have enough POST`s to do so.
what is the point of having a forum, if all members are not able to BUY & Sell there equipment.
Please explain how i am suppose to sell my gear now?

See... he has stuff to sell, which I would, in all probably want to buy! but we cant even communicate about it because we havnt been members for long enough or are not trusted!

I understand its to protect both the buyers and the sellers, but there has to be an easyer and fairer way!?!

Hi Dan, i used this forum the same as you, to buy second hand gear, not to get involved in politics of the sport.

i used to play for fun, with friends, so was not bothered about posting about competions etc.., and now i am being punished for not being "Active", the theme seems to be, if you dont post every day, your not welcome!!!!

God I feel your pain! Im new to the sport, so know almost nothing about it! All i Know is i need a gun/hopper/tank mask and something suitable to wear.... Oh and lots of balls. But past that I know JACK! So am being pushed to talk about and comment on things i have no idea about! I mean common!

i am just going post my gear for sale on UKScenario or TalkPaintball.com, as i am able to post things for sale there, just noticed. this site seems as though if your new to the site, then they dont want you.
