Ive shot better and its quite expensive per box for the premium stuff compared to other brands. Just my opinion and im not biased towards any brand currently :D

Is it the same with for storage as most other paints? i.e, keep it warm before the event for best performance?

reason i ask is Frostbite goes rubbery when warm and doesnt burst and i dont fancy the same thing happening with chronic.

Thats mainly due to the fact Frosty doesn't need to be warm. It's a winter paint after all.

It'll shoot at most temperature.

Not as good as Nelson Anarchy, but as paint goes you can go a lot worse.

Some good paints Ive used :

- Xball Silver
- Chronic
- chronic 420 is a bit brittle, but on the right day its great
- Hellfire, again not for the cold
- tomahawk winter, the blue one, is a great paint for the price

Proto paint is **** these days IMHO, not a patch on what it used to be
PMI / RPS paint also went downhill IMHO

Agreed Proto seems to have gone downhill in a big way.

At the end of the day the be all and end all is that paint varies by batch. Likewise how it has been loved when transpoted to the retailer.

I have had evil paint that is the nuts but then the following month it is useless.

Best to look for a firm outer shell that is nice and round with no dimples at all. Excessive moisture in the bag can cause issues too.

Weather is another major factor in how the paint works
