Scotty Flint was involved in an incident Thursday night that involved him argueing with, chasing, and throwing a chair at another player. The police were called to the field that evening, but Scotty was no where to be found.
Friday morning it was all discussed and the PSP and Renick decided to have Scotty removed from the event. Scotty was first noticed in a game - playing. Bill Cookston stood beside the field and was going to wait for the end of the game to tell Scotty that he had to leave. While watching, Bill (and other spectators) saw Scotty get hit in the loader, and in his estimation tried to conceal the hit from refs. Bill yelled to the ref to get Scotty out of the game and told Scotty that he saw the hit and thought Scottie was trying to wipe it. Obviously (if you know Scotty) a small disagreement followed.
Bill had already called Rosie and now Rosie was there. The two (Rosie and Bill) explained to Scotty why he was being kicked out. Scotty started about in his usual way that it was all political and it was something else other than the incident that the police were called for, etc.
So - Scotty was kicked out for trying to fight with someone and throwing chairs at people. Some people assumed that Scottie was kicked out because of the loader hit, hiding it, wiping, or whatever because that is what was going on when the the actual eviction took place. But with Scotty, its kind of easy to not know exactly what the trouble is at the moment because there seems to be more than one bit of trouble going on with this guy 24 hours a day.
Now I saw the game that Scotty was playing. I saw Bill Cookston yell for Scotty to get off the field. I heard most of the discussion Scotty, Bill, and Rosie had after the game. I saw Scotty chase the kid around the tent. I didn't see the chair throwing. I did see the police car on site the night before. I did not hear the conversation that Rosie had with them. So this is some first hand, some second hand, and some assumed info.
