Just so you all know: miles gear is actual rifles with blanks, but it fires a laser. The laser then hits sensors on the person so a) confirm hits and b) where the hits are allocated.

VW's are the game
I'm not one to be tactful about anything... But why in the heck would you want to make your marker heavier than bigger? The of course there is the LOOK at me I am a Militant playing a Militant GAME! Or war killing people as the public would see it! Please get real!

I could be wrong...

It is possible, if unlikely :D

Why not get a proper paintball marker! With the sale of one of your tipmans and the $220 dollars you wouldn't be that short of an Autococker (or a cheap electro)! Then you could show the marines what proper paintball guns play like!

If you really want your paintball marker to look like an M16 then its probably a good idea, but a fail to see the point, a smaller marker will allow you to play tighter and to be a smaller target.

Whatever floats your boat, but to me its some pretty expensive cosmetic enhancements

Looks almost as silly as the grenade launchers or a silly "sniper" custom job I once saw, turned a tippman into somthing about the size shape and weight of a mg42!
Bipod?!!!?? WTF?

Night Vision goggles would be a better bet than a night sight anyway, those things are huge.

Its tense

So there is 2 sides to the coin,

Its almost agree to disagree,

You play "war games" and hate our speed ball. Fair enuff, we wana play tourney ball fair enuff.

Whaen you play war games, do you mean running around woods, kinda like rec ball? (remember some of us are from the UK and don;t know all about some smaller US shows)

If you are just playing rec ball then a smaller quicker marker would be grate cause you could have a more effective game.

BUT if the idea is so they look the part then fine cause from what you are saying you aren't an ar$e just walking to any old site and scaring the living p00 out of customers.

Just a quick question why don't you like speedball/tourney stuff (I know people who don't so i just wondered your reasons)

Speedball...

it is not that I hate it it is that I dont like it alot I like to do long games, But that might not be the only speed ball place round here is called genos or something and the speedball field is smaller then my living room and the try to pack 16 people in it it would be fun if it was just pistols but not semis with 200 rounds to blow but then that might be different for you other guys.

I have changed my mind that is have decided to just get an autococker insted But I am stil going to get the set for my tippmann but am not going to use it I might use it some times but since you people have no I dea of some of the games I have played in here then you dont know that this is very low on the list of a militant playing a militant game. One person actually brought his helicopter to play other people have old army jeeps and crap there have been boats and crap too. And who cares we have fun playing it too just like you guys do when playing speedball. And anyway you are all still running around playing with guns and shooting each other same thing here we do it a different way so dont call me militant cause of it just because you dont have cammo on and you have a bright colored uni on doesnt me your are donig anything different.

I dont know why I care opinions are like ass hole everyone has one

Opinions

Sorry if we have been a bit offensive, what you describe sounds like a right laugh. There is just a great danger to the sport that it gets irrevicably associated with warfare, and this doesm't do its public image any good.

Anyway, you won't be disapointed with a cocker, make sure you get a revvy (or other aggitating hopper) for it if you haven't got one already.

Have fun, your frineds in the woods won't know what hit them when you arive with a cocker!

Peace (not war ;))

Autococker is always a good bet, plus every so often I relise just how much they look like Thomsons', watching Band of Brothers was a bit wierd after that.
