is there any difference between the orings you'd buy at the plumbers from those you'd buy at smart parts? im just having trouble working out how they can charge £8.14 for a set of orings that you could otherwise get for under £2 at the plumbers:confused: unless you need the solenoid seal theres no actual point of buying orings from sp, is there?? correct me if im wrong.....

what i think cashmoney means tom is if you put cheap o-ring in ur gun and they damage the internals some how ( if they will is here nor there) and take it to sp and ask for a repair under warrenty they will prob say no because you have used parts that sp havnt designed to be used in the gun.
but ur impulse prob isnt under warrenty anymore so wouldnt worry.

There is significant evidence, to support the thinking, that Buna o-rings are just as good, if not better, in markers, than the ones that manufacturers supply.

What they do, is replace some, with harder wearing materials...which, you would think, last longer and seal better...not true, they dont seal as easily because they are harder and they wear quicker because they create more friction...

there are places where, you can by kits for markers, that will allow you to rebuild a marker 5 times over...for about £12...apparently.... .... .
Wouldn't have a clue where that would be, any hints Skeet?
