Cheap car hire in Oslo?

Anyone got any contacts or ideas for cheap car hire in Oslo, already had quotes of £1500 for a mini bus for four days, even estate cars are £300-400. Any suggestions? Tried to contact the Nordic tourney people but link not up and running.
Otherwise it looks like skateboards and pushbikes.

Car hire oslo

Tried Budget they were one of the more expensive, £450 for an estate and with 13 people travelling thats at least 3 cars with all the luggage.

Norways stupidly expensive. Cost a fortune to visit some of the wifes family out there.

Cheapest place for car rental we found out there was Hertz. They were about £180-£200 for a 1.8 Passat estate for 4 days

Why watch the insurance? Its hertz? probably the biggest car rental firm in the world

There was an option as well I think to pay about 200 NOK to waive any collison excess as well...

try easyjet....if u get flights with them once you have ordered a page coems up with a link to eurocar i think....they have reduced hire car prices...mayb even norway
