Why would they need to drill holes for the IVG? The Rex kit will be held in by the beaver tail screw. Worst case, he has to cut the threads of the end of the screw if the body threads, and adjuster threads don't line up.

I think DB means that you may need to drill a hole through the back of the beaver tail (hole one) and backblock (hole two) so that you can get to the Rex kits allen key hole easily...

beleive it or not i do actualy know what i'm talking about

maybe i should have said body KIT, but thats just beiung picky.

hole one; as rayko said in the back block

hole 2; standard guns have the threads on the hole for the beavertail screw driliied out so u dont have to worry about the threads lining up on the ivg ( which is a big pain in the ass )

Never said you didn't, but that's why I mentioned cutting the threads off the end of the screw if the end cap, and body threads don't line up.
I just don't see the point in drilling the body when modifying the screw has the same effect.
