changing cocker body

i have a '96 evo classic right hand feed cocker and i want tp purchase the wgp 2003 body, but a good friend of mine (ericostani) says that they have shorter bodies, so does this mean it wont fit or do i have to buy any other stuff.

thanks for any help:D

if the bolt is stock them u definatly need a new bolt, dunno bout anything else tho, look at planet anything that has to options like pre 2k and post 2k probably mens that part comes on 2 different sizes ie u need a new one of....

all the other parts are tranferable, but, unless its been serviced in the last few years, you need a few seals and springs as well while you are at it.

also, unless you are VERY up on your cocker teching, changeing a body oper isnt something you want to do yourself

yup had thought of that but if he is buying the wgp kit it has the semi block included

doh! yep i stand corrected, i had to go buy one when i built my turtle, i thought for £50 that i would have got one with the front block but :rolleyes:
