Out of shear interest I watched the old Automag Video, and guess what, I've be looking at the wrong part of my Mag. According to Tom Kaye, if the Mag hisses and you can fire it and hold the trigger and the leak stops, it's not the On/Off Assay, it's a problem with the power tube O-ring and/or Spacer. So I've replaced all them o-rings in the on/off assay for bugger all. No wonder it made no difference....DOH!!!

Cheers guys, the leak ssems to have gone away after I tightened the field strip pin just that little extra. But if it comes back I will go straight to the power tube.
I haven't got a PT Spring, I've got a PT spacer. I'm I wrong or did the spacer replace the spring. I've got two sizes is bigger better or is the smaller one better.

Your right the spacer did replace the spring (its just i dont have any spacers to talk about).
The best spacer is the one that works without giving you any trouble. If one is too small you'll get bolt stick (i think) and if its too large you'll get leaks in the PT.

Great, when I had the leak I had the smaller of the two spacers in, I repalced it with the larger one and after about 30 shots it's gone away. I never experienced any bolt sticking with the smaller one.
