hi all i was at WOR4 at the week end with my ion that i have set up so it is sexy. but i just cud not git the range the i need. so if some one can help me whith this prod that will be nice

right, first things first.

what was your velocity set at? standard is about 300 fps. so what was yours set at?

also, hows your paint to barrel match? for woodland it would be best to have a snug fit so as the maximum amount of air is used to push it forward.

if both of these were good then i dont think there is much more you can do apart from arc your gun

ok dude i spent some time on the set up on the day. the velocity for the day was at 280 that is what fatbobs ruals where. so i set my dewll to 8. and my paint was a good mach to my barrel.

ok dude thanx for you help. i jush dont under stand it i have a good barrel (empier kit). nice reg blak magick qev and angel air i just dont not what to do.

Firstly put your dwell up a bit. I have qev'd a fair amount of our teams ions and always put it at about 15 to make sure there is no drop off at high rof's.
Secondly stick your barrel pointed higher in the air or get closer.

The ion doesnt have a very flat trajectory like some guns so get in their faces

The dwell can be put up alot higher but im guessing you mean the fps?
Once you increase the dwell, you should be able to turn the front reg down a touch. Check over a chronograph and adjust until at about 280 or whatever fps you want.
