If an Ion kicks in the ramping at 3 (thought i read it was 5 somewhere?) is it possible to change this or would Ion owners not be able to play in the above mentioned tourneys?

ions do not kick in the ramp at 3bps i can assure you of that

Ions most definitely arent 3. I would say about 7, I'll be using mine with the ramp on in Madrid just like the Tigers and whoever else will be.
im not 100% positive, but im pretty sure the ION ramping kicks in at 5BPS. and im not sure if this can be altered or not.
i also think the ION is capped at 10 BPS in Ramp mode (if i remember correctly this is also the default, it can be turned down, but not above 10 BPS)
