No, Dynasty had already said after Amsterdam that they would not be attending any of the Xball events as the cost of attending in relation to the prize money should they win was too great.

None of the US NXL Xball teams had attended any events Europe prior to CC, so whether or not they would attend CC is debateable. However Campaing has always been a bit special, so maybe they would have attended, but the reasons that Dynasty had for their non attendence would still have been applicable for the likes of the Assassins, NYX, La, etc.... And if Dynasty do not have the resources to attend, then it is highly unlikely that any of the others would have money to throw away sadly.

ARen't Philly and Trauma playing Open X????

Long way to come to just play the Russkies in an Exhibition.

I was kinda looking forward to opening up a can of whoop-ass on Philly.......not.

The take up for X-Ball this year has been appalling, it ain't that much more expensive than playing AmA / Div 1 Millennium Paintball.

I suppose events have transpired to prove that Euro X-Ball was a waste of time, but that's as much to do with apathy of the Teams as well as that of promoters lack of support. Still what a shame that the top echelon of Euro Paintball outside the EXL, have essentially wasted a year (Malera, Cyclone, Powertrip Hardcore, Jags Sharks)

Here's another point,. With no top end 7 man teams in attendance at CC, will the Open X Ball field now be moved to center stage???

Rather than poking it round the back, surely Open X, with the inclusion of Philly and Trauma, is going to a bigger draw than any 7 man? 7 man sucks beyond belief for spectators, and with no Top level pro's, what's to watch???.

Ignites touch paper and walks away.

Plus moved to MLT.

They are yes, but i was referring to the crossover teams like Oakland, LA and Chicago. Broz was implying that they may have attended CC had Vegas not been on the same weekend.

The only reasinthey are playing NPPL now is that they are after a place in the top 18 next year should they decide Xball is not for them anymore. As the likes of Trauma and All A's have already decided to stick with Xball next year, they had a free weekend, and so why not attend CC
