In the tourny calendar part in PGI, it says the campaign cup is being televised. Anybody know on what channel, or is it just being filmed for the DVD

PB on TV

I saw what I think was a Uni tourny on BBC South East at 7 today. Team thunder were on it but the volume was down so I had no idea what it was about. They were speaking to a woman from Portsmouth Uni Balling team? Something like that.
Any idea's what it was anyone?

Jeevus - that was a thingy we had filmed down at Temple just before Toulouse, bit of a publicity thingy we had going (also been in local rag and on MyTV Portsmouth (local TV for local people)

If anybody happened to catch it on tape, pls let me know? I didn't know it was on Hopefully it'll be repeated on the later news.

Did they use the "on head" camera clips? that was me (and if they ever broadcast the whole file of that game, it'll be a great technical video of how to clean a cocker )

Anyways, back to topic (kinda) - anybody else hoping there'll be some advertising for Campaign Cup this yr? Last year I wasn't even sure I was in the right place as I drove into the carpark

I didn't see and on head camera clips, just some of thunder, some guy with a spyder i think, and talking to the woman. Saying how most people think of paintball as war games but we are trying to take it away from that image.

I think (not sure) that the tournament will be better publicised this year. There was talk about advertisements along the line of Toulouse in order to increase public awareness. Should be good to get the stadium full, but it is a big stadium! Last year there were loads of people walking along and stopping to watch the games. It was an excellent atmosphere.Just hope the weather holds off.
