Woah stongle me ol mucker (possibly a sly dig of your very own best queens English about as pucker as the Sir J Oliver gov!)
As for the infrastructure - I think you'll find that Manchester is probably a much better place to hold a tournament (Commonwealth Games springs to mind?) with a ring road which although slow at times is a damn site quicker than the M25 (which I didnt think you use to often at the moment! ), a regional airport which is by far cheaper to fly to the states to and from than Gatwick or Heathrow plus full access to most of the budget airlines for european flights and more than enough hotels, night life etc etc.
As a southerner it grates me to say it but London aint the best place anymore!
By the by, I agree that whatever Niall and his crew come up with I am sure it will be (as ever) a top show!
