Will the air and chrony be in the same places as last year i.e near the players area? Dont have the setup in portugal where the air and chrony were about 400 m apart.

Few questions:
How early do you need to book hotels? Whats the deal with the id cards, how close to the event can you leave it before getting them (ie if you don't know your roster for the event at the moment)? And how soon do we need to book to ensure a place?

You get the ID cards at the event, nice hi tech setup with laptops and digital cameras etc was how it was in Germany.
How much do the id cards cost?? if anything, how long are they valid for??

ID cards cost 20 Euros (whatever that is in real money!)... Mine says 2002 on it so I guess that Campaign will be the last event that they are valid for. Hotel-wise, I have no ideas... best to email Miall on that one.
