Both James and Bourke at MacDev will ship just about aything just about anywhere.

As far as tanks etc are concerned, they ddo HSE as well as DOT, just tell them what you want.

As for getting it in the country without paying import duty & VAT... you'll have to find your own way, but might I suggest buying something and then getting an "advance warrenty replacement" sent over for when it breaks (hint hint)?
