You must use light oil on the rammer assembly!! If you use thick oil you will hurt the volicity as the qev's, hoses, and solenoid fill with grease!
Thicker lube can be used on the reg's and most o'rings other than those inside the rammer assembly.
After the regs settle down wind the lpr in 1.5 - 2 turns from flush and set your hp reg to desired velocity, with a dwell of between 9-10.
