Calling all southern Severe teams

I have it on very good aurthority that John Pain is soooooooo sure that a southern team will not win a division, that he is willing to give the winners, 2 cases of beer, thats two cases of beer.
Now i would say thats pretty generous considering that most northerners are tighter than a scotsman.
Now lets make sure we have southern teams in every division
