Think about it, a board that adds dwell when a set ROF is hit. Hell, I'm sure there are a lot of people that would sacrifice consistency at low ROF to gain an extra 20-30 fps when they rain paint. If people are willing to add reed switched to guns to make them full auto, you think they are going to turn down the chance to get a 20 fps spike? It may not seem like much, but that's a little extra range, and that means more breaks from the back of the field.
