Any other guns I should be looking out for? Don’t wanna be paying more than £300 really
The Invert Mini is very nice for starting players the Empire Axe is another good option for Intermediate/Beginner players

Occasional recreational play?
Regular walkons?
Events ? (Scenarios, tournaments etc)
How reliable do you want it to be & how good would you be at basic or complex maintence .... do you want a gun that will just keep working if you through it back in the bag at the end of the day and only bring it out when you go back? Or do you want the most consistent and efficient that you are prepared to regularly maintain
Most guns in the last decade or so (If looked after) will still fit in today, they will all shoot balls.
If at a competitive level the only disadvantage to older electronic guns is that they may not be restrictable down to current tournament rates of fire.
I’m looking to buy my first gun for the odd walkon and just general tomfoolery. I’ve got my eyes set on an Eclipse Emek as it’s a good gun for beginners as long as you’re not going to be getting too serious (joining a team etc)
