burst disk question

as far as i know they arent tested to anything like 4 or 5 times their normal pressure. i know that a 232 bar bottle is tested to 300 bar. cant remember offhand how high 300 bar bottles are tested. it usually says on the side of the botttle. WP=working pressure (232 or 300 bar) and TP= test pressure (a fair bit higher).

What I mean is, should the burst disk blow on my tank, what's to stop it becoming a spinning bottle o' death as 3000psi of air is discharged out of a tiny hole?
