burst disk blown on pmi tank

ok im sure its the 7.5k one as the copper plate on the disk is not there but it is on the 1.8k disk.
with the 7.5k disk the copper plate is moving inside the disk where as the 1.8k disk is in place and isnt able to move.
so it is the 7.5k disk??
its weird how it went. the guy said it was just sitting there and he heard a loud bang and it flew accross the shop venting the air.
theyre refusing to fill it again unless i get in touch with the company or its fixed.

I'm not suprised they won't fill it again until you get it fixed, it won't hold air in this condition. The cure is simple, replace the burst disc.
