i was so in awe when i saw my first one of these, and when someone was playing with one and it ran out of co2 !!!!!!!!!!
wow full auto, nothing but soup in the breech! bloody gret noise though! would love to get my hands on one to play against our captains phantom pump and bushmaster pump that runs on 12 gram co2 cartriges! SWEET!

Yeah, the barrel was about a metre long. I sold one to a punter at a site we used to run.
i remember reading about them (in a 91 PGI) when a team called the short timers were playing them.but i never saw one. it was one of the first semis, right? if i remember it right the poison looked alike, just shorter, huh?
Poisons were a lot smaller, I had on for a tourny in '90, couldn't get the thing to run constantly.
Lost loads of points for a hot gun.
In the end I went back to me phantom.

The poison was the Eagle's baby brother.
Only teams I know of that ran the Golden Eagle were the Eagles and the Hawks. Amazingly the Eagles were an awesome team - god knows how much better they might have been if they hadn't been saddled with those behemoths.
longy - the Timers split ages ago. Darren Hall and a couple of others joined Storm in '95. I know Darren no longer plays (as one of my m8s has borrowed his RT) but dunno about the rest.
