Built my Shocker, need Help..

Right peeps.
Have put together a shocker, Dynasty frame reg, mount etc, Vision body.

Now...when I air it up, he Bolt..doesnt really want to move (Evolve)...have 800psi going in.

Managed to get it to go ahlf way scross breech, but isnt now.

When i fire, the noid is venting, as a shot would sound, not leaking, via teh ports in teh manifold, into teh grip...if I dial up, it begins to leak as I assume over pressure.
Having not built a shocker before..I wondered if I had teh manifol on teh wrong way arounf (Small curved bit is at teh front), but it wont fit teh other way round, as teh grip wont go on...any ideas?

Yeah...had a look...still not sure tho..changed an o-ring...not convinced...still wont work.
Will teh battery have much to do with it?

That reg you sold me...I took it to bits, piston o-ring I think, was shredded...gave it a clean etc....

Whats can teh manifold only really go one way? I have it so that teh 3 round o-rings are between the noid and manifold.

it is possible u have the fire can on backwards, this would make the bolt move slightly not full motion.

also check soleniod inserts are in correct, would in so the bottom of the allen head slighty inside at bottom(zds for more info)

think is the bolt as mine did this too.

shocker only needs to go at 180psi for test purposes, if it dont work dont be tempted to raise too much as it will increase chances of blowing noid

the manifold lines up with the three holes in the main body doesnt ti - theres only one way it can go - i had this problem with a HE bolt and i had too much lube on the bolt aswell as a rear firing can o-ring fault -im sure i read something on ZDS or shockerowners about evolve bolts being classic for this fault and that its a o'ring problem .

and I did say it might need a service bud - your making me feel bad

dude you gonna be at the 3 man at ashford on sunday? i can try and help you there i've owned a shocker once and can try and help with a few bits although im no expert

I am at Ashford on Sunday, with Ressurection...will have me name on me back!

Have changed what I thought were the o-rings to changs as in zds...solenoid insert on left is loose so gonna wind that in to see what happens.

Which way up does the eye ribbon go...copper towards the board or copper towards the grip?

I put one together with the noid the wrong way around, that leaked from "somewhere inside the body".
