can you tell me what modes it has and how low the bps will cap please. i thought my friend was after one, but he wants a tm15, altho i may buy depending on the answers to the previous questions.

BPS can manually be set from 1-20 and it has PSP Ramping, NXL Auto, Semi and Millenium Ramping. Quickly changeable via the selector switch or you can lock it in "tourney mode"
