HI Bruce
Just Stripped the solinoids on me shocker and found 2 of the o-rings worn/ ripped and a bit of what looks like p.t.f.e tape would this cause the skipping shots also where the hell do you get the o-rings

I rang SP they said even they cant get the o-rings for the noids and i have to buy 2 new noids for 150 is this right

That's ridiculous. Even if you had to get the o rings direct from the solenoid maufacturer it would cost less than that!

I would suggest you find out who manufactures the solenoids and find out where they get the o rings from / see if you can buy some from them.

Also, the PTFE tape would cause the skipping shots. Remove the tape and put it all back together. Then try it out and see if the problems solved - you might not need to worry about the o rings.

i have dropped you a message which was before i saw this post, i will speak to a couple of friend of mine in the usa to see if i can get the o rings and get back to you and yes it will be causing the velocity missed shots problem you are having
