13bps just isn't fast enough for some (like me ;) ) i can get 13 bps out of an e-99 and more out of the impy, and most can get more than that out of a nice electro.

The eclipse magno triggers are very nice for the shockers and reasonably cheap.

The cap is adjustable on the 2k3, and at its fastest setting the "delay" is set to something like 25 or 30ms... add to that the actual cycle time (which is dead quick... try to focus your eyes on the bolt when it fires - u can't :D) and u have your cap. If the cycle time was zero seconds (highly unlikely, altho SP will have a patent on that, I'm sure) then the cap would be 33 and a bit. But since the normal laws of physics come into play, I think the actual cap would probably be closer to 25...

Saying that, there's nothing to say the delay can't be lowered still further, and I'm willing to bet that the first thing any new "modified" boards will do is to reduce that delay. Mebbe even an "upgrade" to the Shocker, half way thru the season ;)

And the cap is the same with or without the vision eye on.
