Im with Tom and others here - using a hopper to try and limit your ROF is ridiculous (not directed at you dan just the idea in general)
you will need a virtue board or such like to do it electronically - i know the masters is a bit slack but theres no way that using the hopper would be legal - I've seem someone advise people to use this method on other threads here and its fundamentally wrong .
BTW your also limiting yourself here if your hopper doesnt feed at 15bps reliably which a lot off eggys wont

The basis around the whole hopper limit in masters especially. Is to my understanding because of the amount of new kids coming into the game. A lot of these guys/girls can't afford a high end Rof capping marker or even an aftermarket board. But some of them do use spyders and such which can accidently be placed in 3 shot burst or even full auto.
At least by using a slower hopper there is some sort of limit.
Not the best way of doing it I agree totally. However until every marker in the known entity of this game is enabled with a ROF cap what are we going to do?

I emailed Wendy at the Masters about this as we have a couple of gats that dont have the ability to cap ROF and she said that they would be allowing players to use hoppers to restrict their ROF.
I imagine this will change after a while but it seems the fairest way to do it in the short term.
A lot of markers can adjust their ROF if the eyes/sensi are off. If you run it at 15bps with a decent hopper and it's set up properly then you shouldnt really be chopping paint even without eyes anyway.

it's a stop gap solution the angel's have taken on until this new equipment arrives.
