it's just that stupid american mod 
OK - let me clarify a few things here...the speed in the video is a STOCK 04 speed. No extra software at all.
It did have the following done to it..
Rubber band around the leaf spring (good mod)
Leaf spring bent to be 'on-the-edge' (not such a good mod)
Magnets above the trigger - to push it back (v. dodgy mod in tourneys).
So...it is NOT ramping it IS bouncing. It was done on purpose just to see how much a stock 04 speed could be made to bounce with very little modification.
