where is the activation point on the pull? its looks to be right at the end of the pull, try making it more in the middle of the pull

10 debounce being max? aye.... unless 1 is max... but i serously doubt that

yeh, the manual says 10 is max... hmmm, trying making your trigger longer, to see if there is anything else causing it

As james says make your trigger pull longer and give it some travel after the microswith

had it as long as it can be :/ with a lot of travel before and after... i think it comes down to the mincey spring ;/

Hmmmm must be then since youve done that and the debounce is at 10, have you tried reseting to factory, doubt it will do much but worth a shot

i had something similar happen with my 06 ego, but only when i but a new trigger on it and when i was dry firing, when paint was going through it it was fine
