Depends on your type of bottle and what the company, who have done the hydro, states when the next test is due.
They should lacquer a new test date label on the bottle.

No, it's the other way round. Bottles made before May/June 2003 were 3 year test, and most had the 3 year extended to 5, but bottles made after July 2003 had 5 year tests only.
