A red pure energy is the 5000PSI system, as opposed to the black one, which is rated to 3000 psi input.

As Gyroscope mentionded, you can modify the springs in the pure energy to output 450 PSI (Low pressure).

In fact the angel LP preset is just a pure energy with different springs in.

to lower the pressure... sure, but if it was sold by Planet, they would probably only swap springs at someone's request, not just as a little surprise that they'd forgotten to mention. Besides, it's pretty much just Angels that need the lower pressure into the inline, afaik.

i have the same one mate, i have not read all of thread so you may already have the answer. it is a pure energy HP tank so it is 800 psi which, if you are using angel speed, or a low pressure gat, dont waste your time, i however have used the tank, and bought an adjustable reg problem solved
